Option C. Our engineer will do a on site instruction training service at your site. We need your help to deal with the visa formality, prepaid traveling expenses and accommodation to us during the business trip and service period before dispatch. Warranty
The warranty period of fiber module is 1 years.Counting from the date on which the commodity arrives at the port of destination. Except the damage artificially ,we are responsible for offering the fittings free of charge during the warranty period. Customer needs to send damaged fittings to us by courier with customer’s charge before we send back the alternative fittings. After the warranty period, parts need to be repaired or changed, shall be paid.
