How copper strips processing

 

1.Electrolytic Copper Ingot → Heating with gas in the stepper furnace, starting at a rolling temperature of 860 ℃

2.Hot rolling mill, rolled to 14-16mm, water-cooled, single coil weight 25 (41) tons

3.Double sided milling, edge milling, milling thickness 0.4-3.5mm

4.Slitting and trimming → Edging → Finished product→Packing.
